We are delighted to be joined by leading speaker and ergonomics expert Nichola Adams, MSc Health Ergonomics, Tech CIEHF, ACPOHE Reg Member. Nichola is the Founder of Inspired Ergonomics and is an expert in back pain disorders in the workplace, specialising in identifying and implementing bespoke ergonomic and wellbeing strategies within businesses that will improve productivity levels, reduce sick leave and increase loyalty. Working from home full-time, or on a hybrid basis has challenges for all employees. The session will focus on how employers can make sure that the wellbeing of employees is safeguarded.
