Vera Barovska is the Director of Sales and Client Relations as well as Employee Engagement Consultant at Ovation Incentives, Vera has over 15 years of experience in the incentives industry. Having worked in South Africa, the UAE and the UK, Vera has designed and managed successfully various employee engagement, performance improvement, loyalty, and sales incentives programs.
In addition to regular yoga practice, Vera is always on the search for ways to calm the mind in her constant strive for wellbeing equilibrium.
Vera is an active member of the Incentive Marketing Association Europe as well as one of the first members of the Women In Incentives Network (WiiN).
