Luke’s firm belief is that life is about the expansion of happiness. That every human is unique and uniquely wonderful: it’s our gift to explore our own potentiality, it’s our birth right to seek joy and success.
Luke has always worked agency-side in marketing and creative roles. He loves bringing teams together and collaborating in order to maximise the art of the possible. Luke enjoys meeting new people, learning from people’s experiences, exploring new brands and always delivering outstanding creative solutions that solve with the end customer in mind.
Currently loving work at LAW Creative (part of the Selbey Anderson Group) as a Group Account Director, Luke previously worked at Grass Roots Group (part of WPP). A deep thinker who ‘gets stuff done’, Luke has always been interested in helping others to develop their own talents, skills and identity. At Grass Roots, Luke’s department was recognised as one of the strongest performing teams in the country, acknowledged with the rare accolade of being a Times Top 100 3-star team. Luke is currently on the Selbey Anderson Group ESG committee and is a wellbeing advocate and wellbeing champion at LAW Creative.
Hobby wise, Luke strives to swim as fast as he can, studies chess and likes to explore new cultures and places. He doesn’t believe there is a separation between ‘work identity’ and ‘outside work identity’ – we just ‘are’, the more I can simply ‘be’ the better. The old adage to thine own self be true, could never be more true.
Delighted to be accepted as an advisor for the WWA, Luke is looking forward to the opportunity to promote and highlight the importance of a wellbeing approach within the workplace, and supporting with the delivery of practical hints, tips, guidance, coaching and support.
