Kathy Heath has over 20 years experience in senior leadership positions across the Financial Services ecosystem on a global basis. Kathy speaks 4 languages and lives in the North West with her 9 year old son and her husband. 

As a long time leader of people Kathy is passionate about people and driving a culture of positive mental health. Kathy’s goal is drive a step change to prevent mental health issues in the workplace in order to enable employees to thrive personally and professionally and to prevent mental health issues further down the line. 

Kathy has founded 2 wellbeing companies. The first promoting a holistic wellbeing programme preventing mental health issues (Generation Healthy Minds) and most recently the Healthy Minds Club – the UK’s first positive mental health gift card focused on solving a complex issue across a diverse workforce with one simple gift card.
