Chairman of P92 Group UK, a subsidiary of near-shore software development company P92 IT Solutions based in Hungary; Chairman, Brash Solutions, Hertfordshire; & Head of IT, GVS Prepaid Solutions, Blackhawk Network, Dublin; Chairman, TM Wellbeing.
Andrew was previously Worldwide Group CTO of Grass Roots (previously part of the WPP Advertising Group and now part of Blackhawk Network) and was Managing Director of Grass Roots – Asia Pacific. Grass Roots bought Andrew’s company BDR Customer Management – a Digital Marketing and Loyalty company in 2005.
Andrew has spent over 20 years providing board advice, design & directing digital solutions for the staff engagement, staff recognition, incentives, loyalty and rewards industry. Andrew has been delivering Wellbeing programmes based on Transcendental Meditation for Corporate companies for over 5 years. Previously, Andrew was a founder member of the Compaq Computer UK management team.
Andrew has been a member of the Institute of Directors (UK) for 30 years. He is also an active member of the Incentive Marketing Association Europe (and was awarded their prestigious President’s Award in 2020 for his outstanding contribution to the incentive industry.
